Syrena Real Estate Commits to Green Energy Through cPPA Partnership

FM newsroom – office, sustainability. Syrena Real Estate transitions to 100% renewable energy for its Warsaw and Wrocław properties with Polenergia Sprzedaż contract. This move secures renewable energy from wind farms operated by the Polenergia Group, marking a major step towards sustainability in real estate.

Four-Year Renewable Energy Agreement Powers Entire Portfolio

Syrena Real Estate’s partnership with Polenergia Sprzedaż ensures the supply of green energy exclusively from the FW Dębsk and FF Strzelino wind farms. As part of this agreement, the Diuna office complex (46,000 sqm), Hop office building (14,000 sqm), PRS Habitu residential building (3,000 sqm) in Warsaw, and Office Komandorska in Wrocław (4,000 sqm) are now fully powered by renewable energy, as Green Forum reports.

This deal guarantees an energy supply volume of 30,000 MWh annually, fully covering the energy needs of Syrena’s properties. The collaboration includes energy balancing services to enhance reliability and efficiency across its real estate portfolio.

Leading by Example in Sustainable Real Estate

Polenergia Sprzedaż sees this agreement as a benchmark for sustainable real estate management.

“cPPAs are the cornerstone of the energy transition in the real estate sector. They allow companies to stabilise energy costs in the long term and support the development of renewable energy sources. This partnership highlights a responsible approach to property management that prioritises tenant comfort and environmental care,” said Ireneusz Sawicki of Polenergia Sprzedaż.

For Syrena Real Estate, sustainability is more than a goal—it’s a strategic priority.

“The agreement fits perfectly with our aim to minimise the environmental impact of our projects and reduce their carbon footprint,” said Witold Zatoński, founder of Syrena Real Estate.

By adopting renewable energy and committing to long-term energy cost stability, Syrena continues to enhance energy efficiency while contributing to a low-carbon future.
