Revitalization project in Warsaw boasts growing turnover

The retail sector of Centrum Praskie Koneser – a unique multifunctional development project in Warsaw – continues its dynamic growth trend. The investment is once again achieving higher footfall and turnover figures. Furthermore, the facility’s offer has been enriched with seven new tenants.

Increasing numbers

In the first quarter of 2023 Centrum Praskie Koneser, a pioneering and the largest revitalization project in Warsaw, realized an 11% increase in footfall and a 15% increase in turnover rates in the retail sector compared to the first three months of 2022.

In the post-industrial space of Centrum Praskie Koneser, with a total rental space of 4,484 sqm, seven new tenants are starting their operations with a hotel and event venue, restaurants and children’s educational centre among them.  The Centrum’s healthcare services also got a new member along with a new cosmetic salon.

New projects and new tenants

From March 2023, Minimal Line, offering minimalist, custom-made projects and a wide range of creative workshops for both children and adults, lease a 68 sqm space.

In autumn 2023, an innovative educational concept for children called “miniciti” (of 1,175 sqm.) will open. In this miniaturized town children will learn about entrepreneurship, economics, and sustainable development.

Starting from January 2023, Grupa Dobry Hotel becomes a tenant and the operator of the Butelkownia Event Center (1,667 sqm.). Thanks to the direct connection between the buildings, unique accommodations and event offers have been created in Warsaw.

Two new restaurants also join the group of tenants. The well-known European restaurant chain, L’Osteria leases a 480 sqm space while Spółdzielnia – offering European and American cuisine across three floors – acquires a total area of 632 sqm.

A new tenant and complement to the healthcare services in Centrum Praskie Koneser is Medicover Pharmacy on 216 sqm operated by the Medicover Group. Also in May the first Biologique Recherche salon in Poland, part of the exclusive Ambassade de la Beaute cosmetic salon chain, began operating on an area of 246 sqm.

“Centrum Praskie Koneser is still expanding its rich offer. With its unique concepts, exceptional architecture, and distinctive atmosphere, Koneser stands out on the cultural, gastronomic, entertainment, and retail map of Warsaw. We are delighted that more and more tenants recognize the enormous potential of this place, and the residents of Warsaw and tourists willingly spend their free time and take care of their daily needs in Centrum Praskie Koneser”, says Magdalena Bartkiewicz-Podoba, CEO of Liebrecht & wooD in Poland.
