In the post-industrial space of Centrum Praskie Koneser, with a total rental space of 4,484 sqm, seven new tenants are starting their operations with a hotel and event venue, restaurants and children’s educational centre among them. The Centrum’s healthcare services also got a new member along with a new cosmetic salon.

Two new restaurants also join the group of tenants. The well-known European restaurant chain, L’Osteria leases a 480 sqm space while Spółdzielnia – offering European and American cuisine across three floors – acquires a total area of 632 sqm.
