Deutsche Hypo – Nord/LB Real Estate Finance has provided a green loan to Olivia Seven Sp. z o.o. for the refinancing of Olivia Prime A, a premium office property located in the Oliwa district of Gdańsk. The financing agreement, which has a term of five years, underscores a shared commitment to sustainability in the commercial real estate sector.
A Key Asset in Poland’s Largest Office Complex
Olivia Prime A is part of the renowned Olivia Centre, the largest office hub in Poland, offering a total of 175,000 square metres of rental space. The building itself comprises 28,200 square metres across 15 storeys. Together with Olivia Prime B, it ranks as the third-largest office development in the country, with a combined total area of 56,000 square metres.
Distinguished by its innovative and environmentally friendly features, Olivia Prime A is one of only four buildings in Poland to feature fully glazed, ventilated triple glazing—maximising natural light while enhancing energy performance. It holds a BREEAM Excellent certification, affirming its high standards in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
