BeIN Offices operates on a subscription-based model, providing flexible, serviced workspaces. The new Poznań location will accommodate nearly 400 workstations across private offices and open spaces, fostering an environment ideal for startups and growing businesses. Equipped with cutting-edge technology and designed to host networking events, conferences, and business gatherings, BeIN Offices aims to support scalable ventures, according to Eurobuild CEE.
Expansion Plans Across Poland
With existing locations in Kraków, Katowice, Szczecin, and Warsaw, BeIN Offices is expanding its footprint. Following the Poznań launch, the company plans to establish new hubs in Wrocław and the Tri-City region.
The Poznań space will span floors 15 and 16 of Golden Office, covering approximately 3,300 sqm, offering a strategic location for businesses seeking premium coworking solutions.
The Vision Behind AND2
AND2, a 25-storey office tower, is currently under development in the heart of Poznań. The project, a collaboration between the Von der Heyden Group and the City of Poznań through a public-private partnership, enhances the city’s evolving commercial landscape.
Designed by Ewa and Stanisław Sipiński’s architectural studio and constructed by general contractor Porr, the tower is set to become a landmark business destination. CBRE is overseeing the building’s commercial leasing process.
