B+N Integrated Facility Services is set to relocate its Bucharest headquarters to Globalworth’s new Green Court D office development. The facility management company will lease around 1,500 sqm in the sustainability-focused building, which is scheduled for completion in 2027.
New Headquarters for B+N
Part of international facility management company LIWO Group, B+N operates within a group spanning nine European countries. The new headquarters will place the FM provider in Bucharest’s Aurel Vlaicu business district, with access to public transport, including the nearby metro station.
Green Court D is the fourth building in Globalworth’s Green Court complex and will offer approximately 16,500 sqm of office space. The project has been designed with energy efficiency, sustainability and occupant experience at its core.
Sustainability at the Centre
The development will incorporate renewable and energy-efficient technologies, including geothermal energy, heat pumps, photovoltaic panels and LED lighting. These systems are intended to reduce energy consumption while supporting a comfortable and efficient working environment.
As István Vécsei, Group Chief Operating Officer of LIWO Group, told Business Review, B+N had sought a partner whose values closely aligned with its own. He highlighted sustainability, energy efficiency and innovation as shared priorities behind the choice of Green Court D.
Targeting Green Building Standards
Green Court D is targeting LEED Platinum certification and is also expected to benefit from WELL Health & Safety and Access4you certifications. The certification targets underline the project’s focus on sustainable, healthy and accessible workplaces.
The building will also feature intelligent security monitoring and modern building systems. Together with its business district location, these features are intended to support efficient long-term building operations and a high-quality workplace environment.
