Knight Frank will manage the leasing of available office space and work to strengthen the property’s position in Kraków’s office market. Located at 100 Opolska Street, the building has maintained high occupancy levels since opening.

VINCI Office Center comprises 13 above-ground floors and four underground levels, with approximately 250 parking spaces and 150 dedicated bicycle spaces. Typical office floors offer around 1,640 sq m and can be adapted to individual tenant requirements, Komercja24.pl reports.

Guy Speir, Co-founder of Sharow Capital, highlighted the building’s technical quality, flexibility and ability to support long-term tenant relationships as important strengths. He also cited Knight Frank’s local market knowledge and leasing experience as reasons for the appointment.
