New flexible office space is soon to open in Łódź

Fuzja is the first location in Łódź for CitySpace, a flexible office space operator in Poland. The concept is realised as part of a mixed-use project on the site of the former Karol Scheibler plant. The first visitors are to be welcomed in May 2023.

Flexible office space provided by City Space is available in altogether 12 locations in Poland. After Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice and Gdańsk, Łódź is to join in soon with nearly 2,000 sqm of office space.

An ambitious city

“Łódź is an ambitious city, open to new and encouraging investment in development. That’s why we are all the more pleased that it is in the city of creativity that we will soon open the 13th CitySpace centre” – Lisa Zettlin, managing director of CitySpace told Property Forum.

Fuzja, the flagship project

Fuzja is the flagship development in CitySpace’s portfolio with its 55 offices, 5 fully equipped meeting rooms and 301 workstations. The designers of MIXD studio – responsible for the interior design – created a variety of spaces starting from large open areas through private offices for 2, to quiet workstations, common spaces and relaxation zones integrating the community gathered in the centre.

“Before we made the first dash for the CitySpace Fuzja project, we researched what kind of environment future customers of the centre would come to work in. Łódź is a city of many contrasts, but above all a city with a rich history of entrepreneurship, and it is for the entrepreneurs of Łódź that we are creating this space. We knew that while designing the interiors we could not forget about the immediate neighbourhood. The historic Power Plant, the buildings of the former Scheibler textile empire were a huge inspiration in this project”- Piotr Kalinowski, CEO and Creative Director MIXD pointed out.
