The cooperation aims to enable clown doctors to support the spiritual and mental healing of children throughout the country, thus contributing to making hospital care more people-centred.
The agreement marks the start of a long-term commitment to make hospital stays for the youngest children easier and more enjoyable.
Going beyond business activities and contributing to the safe operation of healthcare institutions
B+N Referencia Zrt., a full-service provider of professional facility management services, plays a key role in keeping hospitals in Hungary clean and well-maintained. The company successfully won the public procurement tender for cleaning and facility management tasks in 2023 and again in February 2025, and is currently responsible for the facility management of 312 sites in 96 hospitals. As one of Hungary’s top 3 employers, the company’s mission is to go beyond its business activities to contribute to the safe operation of healthcare institutions and the recovery of children.
The Hungarian-owned company founded 32 years ago, is committed to supporting initiatives that directly improve the quality of life of hospital patients as part of its social responsibility. By supporting the RED NOSES Clown Doctors Foundation with 4 million forints, the company aims to bring healing laughter to as many domestic hospitals as possible.

We believe a laugh or a happy moment can contribute to their recovery. Every partnership with for-profit organizations is essential
The RED NOSES Clown Doctors Foundation has been working to bring joy and hope to sick children in hospitals for 27 years. The foundation’s clown doctors are currently helping children’s mental well-being in 16 hospitals across the country, thus contributing to their faster recovery.

That is why every partnership we can establish with for-profit organizations operating in the business sector is essential. Among these, the cooperation with B+N Referencia Zrt. is outstanding, which allows us to continue our mission of helping as many sick children as possible to recover mentally and spiritually, and thereby physically, in many hospitals across the country,” said Bence Mattyasovszky-Zsolnay, executive director of the RED NOSES Clown Doctors Foundation, about the cooperation.
