WorkLounge Opens New Branch at Telehouse in Prague

FM newsroom – coworking, office. Czech coworking provider WorkLounge has expanded its footprint with a new branch in the Telehouse building in the vibrant Dejvice district. This modern facility spans 1,540 square meters and can accommodate up to 220 professionals.

Prime Location and Modern Facilities

The new WorkLounge branch occupies the third floor of the Telehouse building, offering a range of offices, coworking zones, and multifunctional rooms ideal for hosting events. With an impressive 53% occupancy rate already recorded, the space caters to diverse work styles and business needs.

Its strategic location provides excellent connectivity, just steps away from a metro station and tram stop and close to Václav Havel International Airport. Additionally, the building features a private parking lot, ensuring convenient access for members and visitors alike.

Flexible Workspace and Membership Options

WorkLounge offers a variety of workspace solutions designed to meet the demands of today’s companies and freelancers. Rental prices begin at CZK 8,000 (excluding VAT) monthly for a private office, while shared open-space offices start at CZK 6,500 monthly. The company provides several membership plans for those seeking more flexible arrangements, including daily access at CZK 500 (excluding VAT) and monthly programs that secure a dedicated desk. Moreover, members of the new branch enjoy full access to all other WorkLounge locations, enhancing networking opportunities across Prague.

Steady Growth and Expanding Horizons

Founded in 2010 by CEO Lubomír Šilhavý, WorkLounge has quickly become a leader in the serviced office and coworking market. The company’s journey began with a successful coworking space in Florida and later expanded to Prague in 2017 with its inaugural location at Forum Karlín, as Coworking Europe informs.

Today, WorkLounge operates eight serviced centres—seven in Prague (including Na Příkopě, Wenceslas Square, Žižkov, Pankrác, Smíchov, and Karlín Forum) and one in Cape Coral, USA—and even offers co-living services in Žižkov. This expansion is a clear testament to the increasing demand for flexible, fully serviced workspaces in Prague.

As WorkLounge continues to grow, its latest branch in Dejvice not only underscores the company’s commitment to innovation and quality but also sets the stage for further expansion in the region.
