FM newsroom – office, Warsaw. Warsaw’s greenest office building boasts full occupancy after developer HB Reavis has signed seven-year lease agreements with Transition Technologies and other companies for nearly 1,000 sqm of office space.
Office jungle in the city
Forest is the greenest office campus in Warsaw with 71,000 sqm of workspace and nearly 4,000 sqm of green areas. The complex gives office work a slightly different air with its lush indoor plants, green rooftop, patio, terraces, balconies and loggias.
Forest follows the concept of biophilic design, which involves reintroducing nature into the human environment. Designed by HRA Architects, the campus boasts 200 trees and shrubs planted around the buildings. It features solutions to reduce carbon footprints and conserve resources, such as energy-efficient façades and rainwater reuse systems.
The complex holds BREEAM, WELL Health-Safety Rating, and Barrier-Free Facility certifications.

Transition Technologies is a Polish group established in 1991, specializing in advanced solutions for the energy, gas, Industry 4.0, and bioinformatics sectors. The ground floor will also host the Omoda and Jaecoo automotive showroom, where customers can explore and purchase crossover vehicles. By the end of October, employees and guests will also be able to enjoy the offerings of Salad Story.
With the latest tenant occupying nearly 1000 sqm, the building is now entirely let.
