FM newsroom – office, Poland. CitySpace, a leading operator of flexible office space in Poland, is opening its fifth location in Warsaw. The new centre, CitySpace Novo, will be launched in October.
New offices in a certified building
CitySpace Novo will be launched in the modern Nowogrodzka Square office building in October. Nowogrodzka Square is a six-storey class A office building at 93 Jerozolimskie Avenue. It was completed in autumn 2018 and has been awarded a BREEAM certificate with an excellent rating. The building offers nearly 11,000 sqm of space and 148 parking spaces in an underground garage.
Modern workspaces for teams and individuals
CitySpace Novo will offer 2,500 sqm of modern office space spread over two floors. The operator has prepared 327 workstations in dedicated offices and more than 30 spots in coworking spaces. Clients will have spacious conference rooms, common spaces, a games room and 19 offices for individual work, Eurobuild CEE informs.
“The opening of our new location in Nowogrodzka Square is the first CitySpace project in Warsaw in five years. This autumn, we will also make an enlarged space available in our Katowice centre. We are growing and taking deliberate steps in CitySpace’s expansion strategy that underline our commitment to providing the highest quality office space in the most prestigious locations.” – Lisa Zettlin, managing director of CitySpace
CitySpace Novo is the operator’s first project in a building outside Echo Investment’s portfolio since 2016. There are already four CitySpace locations in the Polish capital, offering nearly 1,000 workstations.
Partners of the project
Warsaw-based studio FruitOrchard by Miastkowska is responsible for the interior design project. In the negotiation and project management process, CitySpace was supported by Savills, while the building owner benefited from the expertise of Cushman & Wakefield.
