FM newsroom – office, Budapest. Hungary’s leading automotive retailer has consolidated its operations into a state-of-the-art office space in Budapest’s Liberty complex, marking a bold step in its regional expansion.

A Strategic Move for Efficiency and Identity

The AutoWallis Group, one of Central and Eastern Europe’s key automotive retail and mobility providers, has moved more than 400 employees into its new 5,600-square-meter headquarters within the Liberty mixed-use development by WING.

Previously spread across several offices in and around Budapest, staff now benefit from being under one roof. The move unites the company’s core operational divisions, along with several brands and subsidiaries, to streamline workflows and reinforce corporate identity. Situated on the top floors of Liberty’s northern wing, the headquarters also offers panoramic views of Budapest’s Gellért Hill.

„The relocation of AutoWallis to the Liberty Office Building is more than a simple change of address: it is a strong symbol of the group’s growth, which today operates in 17 countries with 29 brands in automotive retail and mobility services” – Gábor Ormosy, CEO of AutoWallis told Economx.

Beyond Offices: A Modern Workplace Experience

The Liberty complex is designed with employee well-being in mind. Its features include a 1,000-square-meter green courtyard, premium on-site services such as three- and four-star hotels, the TRIBE Table restaurant and café, and the Cloud IX rooftop bar.

For active commuters, the site offers rooftop sports courts, a running track, bicycle and scooter storage, showers, and changing rooms. Practical amenities like EV charging points, a 650-space underground garage with Parkl system integration, and dedicated mobility-sharing spots ensure flexibility for both staff and visitors.

By choosing Liberty, AutoWallis signals that workplace design and services are integral to its vision of growth and innovation—making the headquarters not just a new address, but a strategic investment in people and performance.
