Bucharest’s multifunctional hub is the first project of Evo Properties

FM newsroom – office, Bucharest. Evo Properties announces the reconversion of Class A+ office buildings in Bucharest. The London and Oslo buildings are becoming a multifunctional hub with vibrant office spaces, cultural, hospitality, and medical services.

Transformative first steps

The reconversion project marks the transformation of the River Tower Project into EVO Properties. The developer company is strongly committed to sustainability and the well-being of those using its spaces.

The Class A buildings, London and Oslo, with BREEAM Outstanding certification, serve the developer’s aim to set new standards for the next generation of co-living spaces, designed to meet the dynamic lifestyle of end-users, in a vibrant and collaborative ecosystem, Business Review reports.

Beyond workspaces

The London and Oslo buildings have successfully hosted a mix of multinational companies and local entities, offering modern office spaces tailored to clients’ needs. As part of the reconversion into a multifunctional hub, a significant investment of over 10 million Euros is required to accommodate new tenants and repurpose existing office spaces. A substantial portion of this investment, amounting to 5 million Euros, will be allocated within the next six months.

“We aim to create spaces where people can feel connected, productive, and inspired. Our efforts are focused on building strong communities, creating an inspiring work environment, and accomplishing a mix of functions that contributes to the success of our tenants’ businesses,”  – Adinel Tudor, CEO of Evo Properties, told Property Forum.

In the reconverted project, offices will occupy around 50 to 60% of the current leasable surface of 31,000 sqm. Hospitality, medical and wellbeing facilities will cover the rest.

Evo Properties aims to conclude the reconversion by the end of 2025.
