It is ‘conference season’ in the FM industry. At the beginning of June, all professionals are welcome to join the conversation about the latest trends in the world of facility management at the World Workplace Europe in Amsterdam or in the online sphere.
The World Workplace Europe 2022 conference is a learning and networking event for facilities managers with value for professionals at every point of their careers and across all types of facilities. The event aims to give a platform for discovering new ideas and technology from around the world impacting the European FM industry. After Stockholm and Barcelona, this year’s conference will take place in Amsterdam again on 1-2 June 2022.
The Hybrid Experience – in-person or online
The hosts, IFMA (International Facility Management Association) and FMN (Facility Management Nederland) bring the in-person event to the Hallen Studio in Amsterdam, and also offer an opportunity for digital learning and networking as certain speeches will be available online.
Sustainable future in focus
The FM industry is essential to creating and operating environments that can meet modern demands and face future disruption. The speakers will explore the expanding skillsets, adaptable mindsets and digital toolkits necessary to sustain facilities, people, careers and the planet.
According to the agenda, the talks, round table discussions and the educational sessions will be about topics like cybersecurity, energy efficiency, climate change, and the EU Green Deal, along with questions about whether facility managers can benefit from a circular economy approach?
