The experts shared their thoughts on innovation, knowledge-sharing and the engagement of the next generation of talents.
István Vécsei, the international business development director, and Krisztina Dedicsné Gáspár, the SOFT FM director at B+N Referencia Zrt. participated in the 25-year anniversary event of MATISZ (Hungarian Cleaning Technology Association).
Sharing their domestic and international experiences, experts of B+N Zrt. highlighted at the panel discussion that sharing knowledge and technology across borders is vital. The directors shared with the international audience that the colleagues of B+N’s subsidiaries regularly participate in exciting meetings where they discuss and share their latest best practices and innovations.

In addition to sharing knowledge, the the professionals also talked about innovation, mentioning that the autonomous cleaning robot, ROBIN, already helps work in more than 30 facilities.
The solution for the future is the development of industrial technology and the involvement of young people! With new technologies, it is easier to involve young people, which is an essential goal since the majority of the workforce in the industry is over 60 years old. The shrinking labour market and the prestige of the profession are also significant challenges. Still, with modern technologies and innovative solutions, we can attract young talents – The experts highlighted at the internationalized MATISZ conference.
