In the autumn of 2021, B+N Referencia Zrt. handed over the re-designed classroom of the Frigyes Schulek Bilingual Construction Technical School in Budapest to the students of the school. The classroom, renovated by the company, meets the requirements of the 21st century in all respects. Recently, the collaboration continued with a creative project.

As part of the “2.0” project of a multi-year successful collaboration, B+N and the Frigyes Schulek Bilingual Construction Technical School launched a call for students this May to develop a concept for a classroom themselves.

12 designs were received for the call proving that the initiative sparked enthusiasm among the students. All plans and their presentations were not only thoughtful but also of a high professional standard. The teams came up with seriously detailed concepts, from design to material use, from budgeting to execution.

„This Team Name is Already Taken”

B+N Referencia Zrt. has chosen the design handed in by the team with the name „This Team Name is Already Taken”. As they say, the jury of the school management, the students and the staff of B+N Referencia Zrt. was in a difficult situation,  “This Team Name is Already Taken” won by a narrow majority. Their design concept with a high degree of creativity will be implemented by B+N Referencia Zrt. The plan uses aesthetic colours along with unusual materials, and also takes sustainability into account.

There has been a good relationship between the company and the school for a long time now. Several joint professional programs have already been organized, and several students of the school are doing their summer internship at B+N. They help with the preparation of budgets and with projects on the construction sites.

The company supports graduates, in addition to which it has recently donated HUF 1 million for the purchase of hand tools and practical training.
