Sustainability performance is becoming an increasingly visible measure of operational maturity in facility management. INWEMER, the Polish subsidiary of LIWO Group, has underlined that shift by raising its EcoVadis score from 52 to 74 points and securing a Silver Medal in its latest assessment.

Progress Across All Areas

INWEMER System and INWEMER Serwis received their latest EcoVadis results, marking a 22-point improvement compared with their April 2025 assessment.

The progress was recorded across all four areas evaluated. Labour and human rights saw the biggest increase, rising from 58 to 85 points, while the environment score climbed from 63 to 84. Sustainable procurement improved from 33 to 51 points, and ethics rose from 43 to 50.

The company also moved from the 43rd percentile in 2025 to the 85th percentile, placing it among the top 15% of companies assessed.

Measuring More Than Commitments

EcoVadis independently evaluates companies on their sustainability and responsible business practices. Its methodology covers environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement, assessing not only corporate policies but also actions, results and supporting evidence.

According to INWEMER, the latest result reflects sustained work across the business rather than a single sustainability project or management decision.

For facility management providers, that distinction is important. ESG performance increasingly depends on how corporate commitments translate into procurement, workforce practices and everyday service delivery at client sites.

The 22-point improvement provides a useful reminder for the wider FM sector: sustainability performance is built through consistent operational practice. As ESG expectations become more embedded in supplier selection and client relationships, the ability to demonstrate progress with measurable results is becoming an increasingly valuable business credential.
